WHICH CLASSES ARE PERFORMING?
Not all classes will perform in the Holiday Showcase. Click below for the complete list of classes that will be performing in the 2025 Holiday Showcase.
PRACTICE FROM HOME!
The music and video for each dance will be uploaded to your Parent Portal and can be found under the "shared files" section. Music for each dance and a full video of the dance will be posted prior to the Thanksgiving break. Please use these files to help your dancer(s) practice at home.
recital fee: $15
To help ensure that we are able to offer this performance opportunity, participants will be charged a $15 Recital Fee for this performance to help offset the rental and staffing costs of the production. This fee will include a digital link of the performance for your dancer to keep.
This fee will be due no later than October 29th.
COSTUME INFORMATION
Please visit your Parent Portal and check the "Costume" icon for costume details including a picture, tights and shoe specifications, and other information on what to wear. This information will be available prior to Thanksgiving Break.
COSTUME RENTAL FEES ($40 per costume) ARE DUE IN FULL NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 5th.
Costumes will be available to be checked out from out from the lobby in which the class takes place, during the regular class time, beginning the week of November 13th. Dancers ages 12 and under must have their costume checked out by an adult. Dancers 13+ may check out their own costume. Further details will be emailed.
DRESS REHEARSAL INFORMATION
DRESSING ROOM ASSIGNMENTS
Dress Rehearsals will take place at Valley Center High School during the week of December 14th. Each class will dress rehearse on the day that they normally have class (Saturday classes will rehearse on Thursday)
. Hair should be done in recital style and dancers should wear all parts and pieces of the costume.
MAKE UP is optional for Dress Rehearsal,
but required for performances.
TICKET INFORMATION
SHOW RUNNING ORDERS
Tickets for reserved seating will be available for purchase through the Portal beginning November 1st. We can also assist you in the lobby during our business hours if you need assistance with ticket purchases.
TICKET PRICES:
Adults: $16
Children: $11
Lap children (2 and under) are free of charge
PARENT WATCH week
The week of November 17th, parents will be invited to observe the last 15 minutes of all recital classes. During this time, the dancers will practice their dance and you will have a chance to ask any questions you may have regarding the Holiday Showcase performances. Stay tuned for details.

It is not possible for us to provide this performance opportunity to our dancers without volunteer help! It takes a LOT of help to make our shows a reality. We appreciate your willingness to lend a hand to make this show possible for our hard working dancers!
PRE-ORDER FLOWERS BY NOVEMBER25TH
$20 per bouquet
Bouquet will be custom made and will consist of assorted roses and holiday flowers/ greens tied with festive paper and a bow.
THERE WILL BE A LIMITED SUPPLY OF FLOWERS FOR SALE AT THE SHOWCASE.
