TUITION & FEES

REGISTRATION FEE                               
Registration fees are due upon initial enrollment and annually at the start of the Fall session and the Summer session.  All new students must pay a registration fee upon initial enrollment.

TUITION RATES                              

Tuition rates are per dancer (not per family) except at the "unlimited" level. Tuition is a semester rate that includes 14 total classes per semester. The semester rate is divided into equal monthly payments, regardless of how many classes fall in each individual month. Tuition is non-refundable. Monthly payments are as follows:

          1 class/week..............................$45/month

          2 classes/week..........................$85/month

          3 classes/week..........................$115/month

          4 classes/week..........................$140/month

          5 classes/week..........................$165/month

          6 classes/week..........................$195/month

          7 classes/week..........................$225/month

          8 classes/week..........................$240/month

          9+ classes/week*......................$255/month

          2 dancers unlimited**...............$330/month

          3+ dancers unlimited**.............$380/month

*Once a dancer is enrolled in 9 or more classes, the tuition rate defaults to an "unlimited" rate of $255 for one dancer.

**To qualify for the multiple child unlimited discount, at least one dancer in the family must be enrolled in a minimum of 9 classes.

Drop-in rates apply to adult level classes only:

          Drop-in classes......................$5/class

Punch cards are available in the summer session and can be used for any appropriate-level class with open spaces.

          5 classes................................$50

PAYMENT DUE DATE                   

Tuition is due at the beginning of each month. 

Any tuition not paid  in full by the 10th day of the month will incur a $10 late fee.

METHODS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED                    

Tuition payments can be made by cash or check at the front desk.  When making a cash or check payment, please put your payment inside a payment envelope (available at the front desk) and specify what kind of payment you are making (tuition, fees, etc.) When paying by cash, please be sure to get a receipt for your payment.

Online payments via debit or credit card can be made through your parent portal. A small convenience fee will be added to online payments.  Please review the video on this page for an online payment tutorial video.

AUTO PAY:  Parents are encouraged to register for our Tuition AutoPay service available through the Parent Portal.  Parents enrolled in AutoPay can choose to pay their monthly tuition with a credit card or a bank draft.  MDM will automatically process the tuition payment on the 5th of the month.  For more information, click here.

DROP POLICY              

WRITTEN NOTICE of intent to drop a class must be given either ONLINE  or to the front office staff by the 10th day of the month preceding the month you intend to discontinue classes. If a class is dropped after the 10th day of the preceding month, tuition for that month will be due in full and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Your dancer will be welcome to take classes while you pay that tuition. 

Please note that we do have an official "Drop a Class" form online and at the front desk. Email is not considered an official means of dropping a class.

EXAMPLE: If you plan to drop classes in November, written notice is due on October 10th.

PAST DUE TUITION POLICY

Tuition not paid by the 10th will incur a $10 late fee. If your account is past due, you will be notified via email at the end of the month and tuition must be paid immediately. If tuition remains past due for 2 months, it may result in complete class suspension until the tuition has been paid.

If you are ever in need of a special payment plan, please make an appointment so we can make arrangements. We value our relationship with you and we are always willing to help if life throws you a curve ball!

PAYMENT POSTING POLICY

Any payments made by cash or check during the first 10 days of the month will be posted by the 15th of the same month.
 

Any payments made by cash or check during the remainder of the month will be posted within 10 days of receipt.
