REGISTRATION FEES

Registration fees are due upon initial enrollment and annually at the start of the Fall session and the Summer session.  
 
All new students must pay a "new student" registration fee upon initial enrollment.

TUITION RATES

Once a dancer is enrolled in 10 or more weekly classes, tuition automatically defaults to the Unlimited Rate of $357 per dancer.Tuition rates are per dancer and include a built-in multi-class discount—the more classes a dancer takes each week, the lower the cost per class.Tuition is charged on a semester basis, which includes 12 class periods and one recital in the Fall and 16 class periods and one recital in the Spring. For your convenience, the semester tuition is divided into equal monthly payments, regardless of the number of classes held in any given month due to holidays, breaks, or the studio calendar. Tuition is non-refundable.Families wishing to pay the semester tuition in full are welcome to do so. Please contact our Billing Department to arrange a semester payment.

WHEN IS TUITION DUE?

Tuition is posted to your online account on the 1st of the month.Tuition is DUE no later than the 10th of the month.AutoPay is processed within three days before or after the 5th (2nd–8th)Semester payments are available for those who wish to pay the entire semester at one time. Tuition not piad by the DUE date will incur a $10 non-refundable late fee.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Tuition payments can be made by cash or check at the front desk.  When making a cash or check payment, please put your payment inside a payment envelope (available at the front desk) and specify what kind of payment you are making (tuition, fees, etc.) When paying by cash, please be sure to get a receipt for your payment.

Online payments via debit or credit card can be made through your parent portal. A small convenience fee will be added to online payments.  Please review the video below for a brief explanation of how to properly make online payments.

AUTO PAY:  Parents are encouraged to register for our Tuition AutoPay service available through the Parent Portal.  Parents enrolled in AutoPay can choose to pay their monthly tuition with a credit card or a bank draft.  MDM will automatically process the tuition payment on the 5th of the month. DO YOU OFFER AN AUTOPAY OPTION?

Yes! Parents are encouraged to register for our Tuition AutoPay service available through the Parent Portal.  When enrolling in AutoPay, parents can choose to pay their monthly tuition with a credit card or an ACH bank draft.   MDM will automatically process the tuition payment within three days on the 5th of the month (between the 2nd and the 8th).  There are no additional fees for using AutoPay. PAST DUE TUITION

Tuition not paid by the 10th day of the month will incur a non-refundable $10 late fee. If your account is past due, you will be notified via email at the end of the month and tuition must be paid immediately. If tuition remains past due for 2 months, it may result in complete class suspension until the tuition has been paid. We have payment plan options availalbe to families in need. IF I MAKE A PAYMENT BY CHECK, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR IT TO BE POSTED AND DEPOSITED?"

All payments made by cash or check during the first 10 days of the month will be posted by the 15th of the same month. Deposits will be made by the 20th of the month.
Any payments made by cash or check during the remainder of the month will be posted within 10 days of receipt. Deposits will be made by the end of the month.

DROP POLICY

WRITTEN NOTICE of intent to drop a class must be given either ONLINE or to the front office staff by the 20th day of the month prior to the month that you intend to discontinue classes. If a class is dropped after the 20th day of the prior month, tuition for the following month will be due in full and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Your dancer will be welcome to take classes while you pay that tuition. All drop forms must be submitted ONLINE or in writing by the 20th of the month prior to the month in which you wish to cease taking classes. Drop forms submitted after the 20th of the month will incur tuition for that month.
 
EXAMPLE: If you wish to stop dancing in November, your drop form is due by the 20th of October to avoid being billed for November's tuition. If it is received after October 20th, November tuition will be due.
