Get ready for a dance adventure! In this fun and energetic class, dancers ages 4–6 will explore a new dance style each week, from ballet twirls to hip hop grooves. With age-appropriate movement, creative play, and exciting themes, kids will build coordination, confidence, and a love for dance while trying eight different styles: Creative Movement, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Musical Theatre, Hip Hop, Acro, and Pom. Perfect for young dancers who love to move, explore, and have fun!

This fun and welcoming class is perfect for adults who are new to tap or looking to brush up on the basics! You'll learn fundamental tap steps, rhythms, and terminology while improving coordination, musicality, and timing. Once you learn the basics, you'll learn some short dances too! Classes are upbeat, supportive, and designed to make you feel confident and inspired—no experience necessary, Just a willingness to make some noise and have a great time. Tap shoes, good vibes, and a sense of rhythm encouraged!

This focused technique class is all about building the strength, control, and flexibility needed for powerful leaps, higher extensions, and strong, stable movement during turns. Dancers will work through targeted exercises to develop core strength, improve leg alignment, and increase overall stamina. With a mix of conditioning, stretch work, and across-the-floor drills, this class is perfect for dancers looking to level up their technique and bring more power and precision to their dancing. This introductory class is perfect for dancers new to ballroom or those looking to refresh their basics. Students will learn the foundational steps and rhythm of popular ballroom styles like the waltz, tango, and swing, focusing on balance, posture, and partner connection. With an emphasis on fun and clear technique, this class will help build confidence on the dance floor while introducing the fundamentals of lead and follow. No partner required—just bring your energy and a love for movement!

Ballet-Inspired Toning for Adults

Ready to sculpt, stretch, and shine this summer? Summer Barre Burn is a fun and energizing ballet-inspired workout designed for adults of all experience levels. Set to upbeat music and infused with classic barre techniques, this class blends graceful movement with low-impact strength training to tone your legs, core, and arms—no tutu required!

 

Whether you're brand new to ballet or looking to rediscover your inner dancer, you'll build strength, improve posture, and boost flexibility, all while having a blast!

This creative, hands-on class gives advanced dancers the exciting opportunity to step into the role of choreographer. During the first week, dancers will sign up for a slot to choreograph and lead a portion of class later in the session. Each week will feature peer-led choreography, improvisation, and constructive feedback in a supportive, collaborative environment. Dancers will explore musicality, movement creation, and artistic voice while building leadership and communication skills. A perfect space for dancers ready to create, experiment, and inspire!

This expressive and dynamic class offers dancers a creative blend of contemporary, jazz and lyrical styles, with an emphasis on storytelling, emotion, and movement quality. Each class will bring something new—some weeks will dive into choreography and combinations, while others will explore improvisation, musicality, and creative expression. Dancers will build technique, strengthen performance skills, and develop their own unique voice in a supportive and inspiring space. Ready to dance all summer long? Join us for our Summer Dance Sampler, a high-energy, 8 week adventure where young dancers ages 6–11 will explore the exciting worlds of Ballet, Jazz, and Hip Hop!

 

Each week, students will dive into a new style or build on what they’ve learned, giving them a well-rounded foundation and a chance to discover their favorite way to move. This fun and fast-paced class is designed to build confidence, improve coordination, and spark creativity—all while learning the fundamentals of three popular dance styles.

 

No prior experience needed—just bring your energy, imagination, and love for dance!

This essential class is designed to help dancers move smarter and stay stronger—on and off the stage. Focusing on alignment, body mechanics, flexibility, and muscle balance, dancers will learn techniques to prevent common dance injuries and support long-term wellness. Class includes guided stretching, strengthening, mobility work, and education on safe dance practices. Perfect for dancers of all levels who want to take care of their bodies, improve longevity, and dance with confidence and control.

Class will be taught by a certified physical therapy assistant and will include dancer specific concerns.
